CLAREMONT, Calif. — The Cal State Monterey Bay women's water polo team had an identical Saturday afternoon splitting its two games at the Convergence Tournament after splitting two games on Friday as well. The Otters were able to get a win in their first game of the day, beating Claremont-Mudd-Scripps 11-8. However, CSUMB could not get the W against Cal Baptist in the night cap, falling 12-5.
Marisa Lovos and
Tatiana Veloso accounted for eight of the 11 Otter goals in the win over CMS.
Adrianna Craft took over as scoring leader against CBU as she found the back of the cage twice in the loss.
SCORING AT WILL, DAY 2... Veloso followed up her 6-goal day on Friday with five more on Saturday, giving her a total of 11 on the weekend.

THEY'VE GOT NEXT... The Otters will not be in game action for the next 20 days. Monterey Bay will play next at home for the first time since Jan. 28 against Cal State East Bay on March 24th. First sprint is set for 1:00 p.m.
