Cal State Monterey Bay will be the premier collegiate athletics brand in the Monterey Bay region and a CCAA and NCAA Division II leader in our pursuit of student-athlete success.

MISSION

We will serve, challenge and support each other in pursuit of student-athlete success. Our pursuit will be defined by our commitment to empowering our student-athletes to earn a degree, compete for championships and develop as responsible leaders.

STRATEGIC GOALS

Goal 1: Ensure that our student-athletes reach their academic potential and earn a meaningful degree with a plan for career opportunities.

Goal 2: Position all sports for competitive success, compete to win conference championships and qualify for NCAA DII postseason.

Goal 3: Establish our program as a CCAA and NCAA DII leader in our pursuit of student-athlete success.
