ROHNERT PARK, Calif. – The Cal State Monterey Bay women's water polo team recorded a 13-10 victory over George Washington University today at Dr. G. Edward Rudloff Pool. In an earlier game, the Otters fell to Sonoma State in a triple overtime 12-11 decision.
Senior #Chloe McRae# and junior #Nikki Smart# led the Otters today with eight goals apiece. Seniors #Katie Sowul# and
Alexandra Vespremi along with sophomore #Ali Woollett# each nabbed two goals.
Sophomore #Christina Vournas# recorded 21 saves on the day.
The Otters next compete in the Cal State Bakersfield Roadrunner Invitational March 26-27.
