STOCKTON, Calif. – The Cal State Monterey Bay women's water polo team fell 13-10 to Harvard University at the University of the Pacific Invitational on Saturday afternoon.

Junior #Chloe McRae#, sophomores #Katie Sowul# and #Alyssa Pecora# along with freshman Julie Cooper had two goals apiece.  Junior #Alexandra Vespremi# and freshman #Jackie Walters# had the remaining two goals for the Otters.

The Otters found themselves down 5-1 after the first quarter, but clawed right back into the game by cutting Harvard's lead to 7-6 midway through the game.

CSUMB held right with Harvard but two goals in the final four and half minutes gave the Crimson a 13-10 victory.

The Otters take next weekend off to host their annual Alumni Game on Saturday, March 27 at 12 p.m.
