SEASIDE, Calif. – Head Coach #Teri Greene# and the Cal State Monterey Bay women's golf team invites you to the participate in the annual Peter Hay...Come Play fundraiser at Pebble Beach on Wednesday, Feb. 24.  The event format is four-person best ball. Entry fee is $25 per person. Those wishing to sponsor a hole may do so for $100. Tee times are available from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. 

For a second straight year Laird Small, world renowned golf instructor and Director of Pebble Beach's Golf Academy, will offer two one-hour short game clinics in conjunction with the event.  For $100, participants can register for the Peter Hay...Come Play tournament and one of the two Laird Small short game clinics being held at 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.

The event also includes closest to the pin contests, raffle prizes and a silent auction with opportunities to bid on foursomes at some of the most famous and exclusive golf courses in the country, artwork, hotel & restaurant gift certificates, wine gift packs and more. The true highlight of the day is the opportunity to meet, mingle and play with the nationally ranked Otters women's golf team and the 2009 NGCA Division II West Region Coach of the Year, Teri Greene.

Thanks to the support of the Pebble Beach Company, 100% of the funds generated from this event directly benefit the women's golf program. Proceeds will fund expenses such as team travel, equipment and training opportunities for the program.
