SEASIDE, Calif. – The Cal State Monterey Bay women's volleyball team dropped a three-set match to Chico State tonight at the Otter Sports Center. Final scores were 25-15, 25-17, 25-22.
Junior #Kerri Sudarsana# and freshman #Rheann Fall# scored a team-high five kills each. Sudarsana recorded a career-high 14 digs.
The Wildcats were led by Gillian Heydorff with 14 kills.
"I was proud of how we responded in game three," said head coach
Jody Garry. "If we can bring that intensity to tomorrow's game, we can be very successful."
CSUMB returns to the Kelp Bed tomorrow night for its final match of the season. The Otters will honor graduating senior Niccole Deneke prior to the match. First serve is at 7 p.m.
