Otters Team With Athlete’s Thread To Support NIL Deals

Otters expand their personal brands through custom merch

SEASIDE, Calif. – Cal State Monterey Bay athletics is proud to announce its newest partnership with Athlete's Thread, the leading provider of NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) merchandise for college athletes. This opens up a new avenue for all Otters student-athletes to build and expand their personal brands through custom merchandise.
 
Through this partnership, every student-athlete at CSUMB now has the opportunity to opt-in and immediately begin selling their own branded merchandise. Athlete's Thread offers access to over 60 custom products, including shirseys, hoodies, sweatshirts, bomber jackets, jerseys (where applicable) and much more. This wide range of products allows them to connect with fans in a personalized and meaningful way, creating a lasting impression on and off the field.
 
This is more than just a chance to earn; it's an empowering opportunity for Otter student-athletes to take control of their personal brands, engage with their communities and establish legacies that go beyond their athletic achievements. With earnings ranging between 15-25% of sales, they can directly benefit from the support and enthusiasm of their fanbases, turning their hard work and dedication into profitable ventures.
