Honor Roll Rises To 118 with Release Of CCAA All-Academic Team

SEASIDE, Calif — Cal State Monterey Bay's roll of conference academic honors swelled to 118 when the California Collegiate Athletic Association announced 96 Otters earned CCAA All-Academic recognition for the 2024-25 academic year.

The CCAA All-Academic Award is designed to demonstrate the academic achievements of each of the CCAA's 12 conference constituents. It illustrates just one of the many ways student-athletes in the conference take advantage of the unique opportunity NCAA Division II membership provides to compete in the classroom, on the field, in their career, for their causes and on their terms.

With 22 Otters water polo players earning WWPA All-Academic distinction, it brings CSUMB's total to 118 conference all-academic award winners for 2024-25.

Academic All-Americans^® Jennifer Limon (soccer) and KW Quilici (baseball) highlighted another strong Otter showing on the prestigious CCAA list. Women's soccer took top honors for the women's side with 23 winners, second most amongst all CCAA teams. Baseball led the CSUMB men with 13 honorees.

In total, the 12 CCAA universities placed a record 1,150 honorees on this season's CCAA All-Academic team. They shattered the record of 1,030 set in 2023-24.
