MARSHALL, Minn. – Cal State Monterey Bay senior outfielder KW Quilici was named to the NCAA Division II Conference Commissioners Association All-America baseball team, the organization announced. Quilici was tabbed honorable mention after a standout season for the Otters.
 
Quilici was named the CCAA Player of the Year and also earned D2CCA and NCBWA All-Region honors.
 
The Alameda native ranked in the top five in the conference in nearly every offensive category, including leading the CCAA with 66 runs scored. He paced the team with a .384 average, 1.107 OPS, .642 slugging and .465 on-base percentages.
 
The senior hit a team-high 13 home runs and added 15 doubles and 50 RBI. He was also perfect on the base paths, swiping eight bags in eight attempts.
 
The Otters finished 39-19 on the season, making their third straight Super Regional appearance. The 39 wins equaled the program record.
