SEASIDE, CALIF. —
Cal state Monterey Bay junior George Goff (Orlando, Fla./Gardner-Webb Univ.) earned his second consecutive Top 5 finish to lead CSUMB at the 2025 Otter Invitational Tuesday at Bayonet Golf Course.

Goff, who finished fifth at the RCA Electric Invitational last week at Quail Lodge, shot a tournament-best 5-under 67 Tuesday to jump 14 places to his fifth place finish. Combined with rounds of 73 and 77 Monday, he finished the 54-hole event at 1-over, three shots off the pace set by Marius Dosiere of Colorado State Pueblo, and Conrad Brown of Western Washington.

Goff helped the Otters jump two places as a team in Tuesday's final round to a 10th place finish overall. WWU took the team title at 9-over, 11 strokes better than runner-up CSU Pueblo.

In addition to Goff, sophomore Simon Germain (Lyon, France) just missed his second consecutive top 10 finish by placing 12th overall at 5-over. Senior Colin Huang (Newport Beach/Corona Del Mar HS) was the only other Otter to finish in the top half of the 95-golfer field by placing 43rd.

The Otters will close the Fall portion of their 2025-26 schedule by traveling to Hawaii for the Dennis Rose Invitational beginning Monday at the Mauna Lani Golf Course in Kohala Coast.
