Otter Women's Basketball Notebook at Dominguez Hills-East Bay

Otters head south to start season’s final roadtrip

SEASIDE, Calif. — Cal State Monterey Bay will begin its final roadtrip of the 2021–22 season Thursday with it travels south to face Cal State Dominguez Hills for a 5:30 p.m. tip-off in The Torodome. The trip will conclude Saturday with the Battle of the Bays at Cal State East Bay Saturday afternoon. Both games will be the openers of men's/women's doubleheader action.

The Otters and East Bay missed their first meeting due to COVID protocols. The Otters had played in nearly a month when they met Dominguez Hills  in The Kelp Bed on Jan. 15 and the rust showed as the Toros rolled to a 73–49 win. Frances Potts led the Otters with 13 points. Aurin Isaacson led three Toros in double figures with 19 points.
