TEAM-BY-TEAM RESULTS l TEAM & INDIVIDUAL LEADERBOARDS

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. – Four Otters collected top 15 finishes as the No. 4 Cal State Monterey Bay men's golf team finished second at the Coyote Classic hosted by Cal State San Bernardino Tuesday on the par-70 course at Arrowhead Country Club.  
 
No. 7 Chico State took home the team title with a 15-over 855. Wildcats' Lee Gearhart was the individual medalist after being the only golfer to score below par in the final round, a 68 to finish with a 1-under 209.
 
Sophomores Carr Vernon (Poplar Bluff, Mo./Univ. of Akron) and Anton Rosen (Stockholm, Sweden) took a share of sixth place with three other golfers with a 5-over 215 . Vernon turned in a final round of 74 while Rosen shot a 78.
 
Senior Dylan Jackson (San Diego/La Jolla HS) moved up seven spots to 11th place after carding a 72 to finish at 216.
 
Junior Robby Salomon (Woodside/Sierra HS) also improved on the final day, finishing tied for 14th with a 217 after shooting a 73 in the final round.  
 
Junior Brandon Hortt rounded out the CSUMB contingent in a tie for 50th place with a 228.
 
The Otters next compete in the St. Edward's Invitational in Austin, Texas on March 3-4.
