SEASIDE, Calif. – The Cal State Monterey Bay women's golf team will be featured in a CBS TV program to be aired on Saturday, June 19.

"CBS Sports Presents Championships of the NCAA" will be shown at 1 p.m. on local affiliate KION. It will include highlights from baseball, golf, rowing, softball, tennis and track and field championships from the just-concluded season as well as student-athlete stories from a variety of Division I, II and III championships.

Head coach #Teri Greene# along with seniors #Leticia Halas# and #Cicilia Chudivan# were interviewed for the segment. Video footage included the team's unique pre-competition dance routine.

"We have worked very hard this season," Greene said. "We have accomplished so much this year."

The Otters had the most successful season in the program's history, finishing seventh in the team's first national championship appearance. The Otters were among twenty-three teams that qualified after a second place showing at the NCAA West Regional on the Longbow Golf Club in Mesa, Ariz.
