Final Results
HILO, HI - The Cal State Monterey Bay men's golf team captured the Dennis Rose Invitational title with senior #Oskar Nystrom# being the individual medalist on Tuesday afternoon at the Waikoloa Resort.
The Otters edged out host Hawaii Hilo by two strokes to finish with a 4-over-par 868, the season-best team score for the fall.
Nystrom shot a 5-under-par 211 to win his first collegiate tournament. Senior
Scott Yeakel dropped down two spots to third place after carding a 77 in the final round for a 215 score. Sophomore
Dylan Jackson improved on yesterday's identical first two round scores of 74 with a 72 today to finish tied for 14th. Junior #D.J. Milligan# shot a 72 today for 24th place (224) and senior #Martin Hardenberger# tied for 34th with a 229.
