Final Results
GOODYEAR, Ariz. – The No. 12 Cal State Monterey Bay women's golf team tied for second place at the Grand Canyon Invitational on Tuesday, finishing behind NCAA Division I Northern Arizona. The Otters finished the two rounds with a final score of 18-over-par 594 (296-298) on the par-72, 6,043 yard course at Coldwater Golf Club.
Senior #Cicilia Chudivan# and sophomore #Courtney Soekland# posted identical scores in both rounds for a 1-over-par 145 (73-72) to finish in a three-way tie for sixth place.
Senior #Leticia Halas# shot a final round 77 after opening with a 74 and tied for 23rd place with a 7-over-par 151. Junior #Darcy Lake# tied for 31st after carding a 9-over-par 153 (76+77).
Freshman #Gianna Waddy# tied for 60th after shooting rounds of 82 and 78 in her collegiate debut.
NAU's Stephanie Kim won the event with a 2-under-par 142 after shooting back-to-back rounds of 71.
