CARSON, Calif. – The Cal State Monterey Bay baseball team dropped its second series of the season as the Otters fell, 18-5, Sunday against Cal State Dominguez Hills at Toro Field.
After the series, the Otters move to 22-14 overall and 18-10 on conference play.
A four-run fourth and a seven-run eighth eventually sank the Otters.
JJ Engman batted 4-for-5 and drove in two runs and
Chase Lindemann collected two hits.
The Otters will return home to host Cal State San Bernardino for a four-game series. The opener is scheduled for Friday, April 12.
