SEASIDE, Calif. -- The Cal State Monterey Bay women's soccer team played in their final home game of the 2015 season on Sunday afternoon and errupted for three goals in the second half on their way to a 3-0 shutout of Cal State San Bernardino at the Otter Sports Complex.

After a scoreless first half, the Otters came out hot with
Regan Porteous (Lodi, Calif./St. Mary's HS) scoring just 1:39 into the half. The dynamic duo was not done as
Kristen Womack (Roseville, Calif./Woodcreek HS) scored her record setting eighth goal of the season less than three minutes later, giving CSUMB a 2-0 edge.
Courtney Gaardsmoe (Los Angeles, Calif./Notre Dame Academy) joined the scoring party as well, netting her first goal of her collegtiate career, putting the Otters up 3-0, leading to the win.

Victoria Whyte (Austin, Texas/Lake Travis HS) recorded six saves in the win.
CSUMB moves to 6-10-1, 3-7-1 CCAA. Monterey Bay will travel to Chico State on Thursday to wrap up the 2015 season. Kick off is scheduled for 4:30 p.m.
