SEASIDE, Calif. – The No. 24 Cal State Monterey Bay women's volleyball team was swept 3-0 (25-22, 25-13, 25-14) on Saturday night by the No. 8 Cal State San Bernardino Coyotes at the Otter Sports Center.
The Otters fall to 12-4 overall and 9-4 in California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) action while the Coyotes improved to 15-2, 12-1 in conference play.
Junior #Rheann Fall# led the Otters with 10 kills and classmate #Melanie Lashbrook# racked up six total blocks.
CSUSB's Jane Chafeh had a match-high 20 kills and Nicole Moore added 13 kills.
The Otters embark on their first of two final road series next weekend, traveling to Cal State East Bay on Friday, Oct. 22.
