ARCATA, Calif. - Junior #Rheann Fall# recorded her seventh double-double of the season, leading the No. 21 Cal State Monterey Bay women's volleyball team to a five-set victory over Humboldt State on Friday night at the Lumberjack Arena. The final scores were 25-21, 22-25, 19-25, 25-22 and 15-12.

The Otters improved to 10-1 overall and 7-1 in California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) action while the Lumberjacks ( remain winless this year.

Nabbing her second 20-plus match in two categories this season, Fall finished with 27 kills and 21 digs. Junior #Melanie Lashbrook# hit .370 with 12 kills while classmate #Tiffaney Riggs# recorded 10 kills for a .400 attack percentage.

"HSU played really well," said head coach #Jody Garry#. "They served super tough and dug everything.

"We stayed composed and had a good fifth set."

The Otters take on Sonoma State (8-4, 5-3 CCAA) on Saturday night at 7 p.m.
