HAYWARD, Calif. - The Cal State Monterey Bay women's volleyball team fell 3-1 to the Pioneers of Cal State East Bay on Saturday night at Pioneer Gym, 25-22, 21-25, 25-19, 25-17.

Alisha Thomas led the Otters with nine kills while senior
Kerri Sudarsana and sophomore
Rheann Fall each added seven. Senior
Katie Bos racked up 13 digs.
The Pioneers were led by Sukhjit Athwal with 17 kills and Cara Crowder's 12 kills.
CSUMB returns home for a non-conference match on Wednesday, Oct. 7, hosting Academy of Art at 7 p.m.
