SAN FRANCISCO --- The Otters gave up 10 runs in the first three innings in route to 16-4 loss against San Francisco State University Friday. #Patrick McClain# (1-2) gave up six runs before being lifted in the second inning with nobody out. He took the loss. Zach Beal (2-4) pitched seven innings and gave up three runs to earn the win.
#Shea Davis# went 2-4 with a run and an RBI to lead the Otters' offense. CSUMB (4-12 overall, 2-7 in the CCAA) will play a doubleheader at home Saturday at 11 a.m. against SFSU (4-15, 1-8) and then finish the four-game series back in San Francisco on Sunday.
