SEASIDE, Calif. – The Cal State Monterey Bay women's volleyball team was swept by Humboldt State University tonight, 25-14, 25-21, 25-15, at the Otter Sports Center.
Freshman #Rheann Fall# led the Otters with seven kills. Sophomore setter #Dana Grimm# recorded a team-high 14 digs and 19 assists.
The Lumberjacks were led by senior Lynsey Adams, who registered a double-double with 11 kills and 10 digs.
"We have all the tools to be successful, we just need more of a fighter mentality and toughness," said head coach
Jody Garry. "I have a young and talented group of athletes that I will never stop believing in."
The Otters embark on their final road trip of the season next weekend as they travel south to Cal State Dominguez Hills on Friday, Nov. 7. First serve is at 7 p.m.
