SEASIDE, Calif. – Despite outshooting St. Martin's University 16-10, the Cal State Monterey Bay fell 3-1 to the Saints today at the Otter Soccer Complex.

The Otters were the first to get on the scoreboard at the 16-minute mark. Sophomore #Andy Binol# crossed the ball to senior #Nick McGill# who slid in to tap it past St. Martin's goalkeeper Zac Lubin.

The Saints tied it up with less than five minutes left in the first half when freshman Xan Nixon scored off a corner kick by sophomore Vlad Voin.

 St. Martin's took a 2-1 lead at 53rd minute when freshman Gabe O'Hara scored on a pass by Voin.

The Saints added to their lead wiith the Nixon-Vion combination in the 72nd minute.

The Otters hosts Cal State East Bay on Sunday, Nov. 2 in their final game of the season.  CSUMB will honor seniors #Nick McGill#, #Reed Mills# and #Dexy Gaudoin#.
