BELMONT, Calif. – The Cal State Monterey Bay women's volleyball team dropped a three-set match against non-conference opponent Notre Dame de Namur University tonight at Walter Gleason Gym.
The final scores were 25-21, 25-20, 25-17.
CSUMB drops to 7-18 (3-11 CCAA) as the Argonauts improve to 2-29.
Junior #Alisha Thomas# notched a team-high 11 kills on top of nine digs. Junior #Kerri Sudarsana# registered nine kills and a career-high 13 digs. Freshman middle hitter #Tiffaney Riggs# recorded a .375 clip (4K, 1E, 8TA).
NDNU was led by freshman Christina Villamayor's 12 kills. Junior Breanna Morales finished with 10 kills and four aces.
The Otters return home on Friday, Oct. 31 to host Sonoma State in a California Collegiate Athletic Association match. First serve is at 7 p.m. at the Otter Sports Complex.
