POMONA, Calif. – The Cal State Monterey Bay women's volleyball team dropped a three set match (25-19, 25-15, 25-13) to No. 23 Cal Poly Pomona tonight at the Darlene May Gymnasium in California Collegiate Athletic Association.
The Otters fall to 6-15 (2-9 CCAA) as the Broncos improve to 11-5 (8-3 CCAA) on the season.
Freshman #Rheann Fall# led the Otters with nine kills and junior #Rayna Richardson# added six kills. Junior #Alisha Thomas# served three straight aces in first set.
The Broncos were led by Vanessa William who finished with nine kills and four blocks.
The Otters take on No. 2 Cal State San Bernardino tomorrow night at the Coussoulis Arena. First serve is at 7 p.m.
