2018 – Cal State Monterey Bay
- Made 2 starts amongst her 7 appearances as a junior.
- Season–high 7 kills came in just 2 sets of a win at over Concordia–Portland (Aug. 31).
- Season–high 3 blocks came in a sweep at Cal State Dominguez Hills (Sept. 22).
2017 – College of the Sequoias
- A first team All–Central Valley Conference selection as a sophomore.
- Led COS with 260 kills (3.02 kps) as a sophomore.
- Posted double–digit kills in 18 of 23 matches.
- Season–high 20 kills came vs. Cerro Coso (Sept. 13).
- Posted a team–high 291.5 points.
- Finished No. 2 on the team with 24 block solos and 39 total blocks.
2016 – Westmont College
- Played in 8 matches and 9 sets as a freshman.
- Collected 2 kills in her first collegiate match vs. Johnson & Wales (Sept. 3).
- first collegiate block vs. Arizona Christian (Sept. 16).
- Season–high 2 blocks vs. College of Saint Mary (Oct. 7).
High School
- Posted a team–best 260 kills as a senior in 2015.
- Also served 41 aces with 84 blocks as a senior.
- A 2015 All–West Yosemite League selection.
- 2015 all–area by the Tulare Register/Times–Delta.
- Team captain as a junior and senior.
- Led the Pioneers to the 2015 West Yosemite League title.
- Played club with Bakersfield VBC.

- Payton is majoring in business administration with an emphasis in management at CSUMB.
- Plans to pursue a master’s degree.
- Spends he leisure time paddle boarding, hiking and being with her dogs.
- Parents are Todd and Kelly Trimm.
- Todd played two seasons of football at Northern Arizona.
