- Grandfather Robert “Buck” Rodgers played professional baseball for Anaheim Angels and went on to manage the Montreal Expos (7 years; 520-499) and the Angels (4 years; 140-173)
- Her cousin played baseball at Loyola Marymount and played in the minors with the Tampa Bay Rays
