Kylie Fields



Originally from San Jose, California Kylie Fields is entering her first year as the Cal State Monterey Bay Women's Water Polo Assistant Coach.

Fields played for the Otters during the 2012-2013 seasons after transferring from Foothill College in Los Altos Hills, California and helped the team to fourth and fifth place finishes at WWPA's, the best in program history to date. 
 
Earning All–Academic honors both years, she graduated with her degree in Human Communications and was a volunteer coach for the Otters during the 2013-2014 season. As a main 2m offensive player and a lefty, Fields brings knowledge and experience that she is excited to share and has high hopes for this upcoming season.
 
On a more personal level, Fields overcame a huge lifestyle obstacle during her years in Monterey that she battled with when she reached her goal of losing 100 pounds and maintaining a healthier life. She believes that if it wasn't for the Otters it would haven't been accomplished.
