Biography
As a Junior in 2008-09: Played in 26 games, making 11 starts…averaged 3.5 points and 1.6 rebounds per game…scored a season-high 11 points against Cal State L.A. on Jan 9…racked up five rebounds, four assists and three steals against University of Mary on Nov. 15…notched four assists on two occasions.
As a Sophomore in 2007-08 at Ventura College: Played in 35 games, making one start…averaged 4.2 points and 3.0 rebounds…received team “We Play Hard” Award…played with Otter teammate Michelle Santizo and Julie Heurung.
As a Freshman in 2006-07 at Ventura College: Played in 34 games, making six starts…averaged 5.4 points and 2.6 rebounds…received the 6th Man Award…played with Otter teammate Veronica Williams.
High School: Selected team MVP and Best Offensive Player…earned Rookie of the Year honors…played AAU for SoCal Shock.
Personal: Daughter of Jim and Lisa Trout…has one brother, Eric… majoring in Teledramatic Arts & Technology.
Why I Chose CSUMB: Is because of the prime location and the opportunity to pursue my intercollegiate career. I saw CSUMB as a perfect place continue to grow and develop as a student-athlete and as a person.
