Biography
As a Junior in 2011: Played in 23 matches, starting in 19…had a stellar match at Humboldt State (Oct. 21) with a season-best 17 kills and 24 digs…tallied six double-digit kills outings…had five double-doubles in kills and digs…recorded double-digit dig performances in six consecutive matches…served up a season-high four aces on two occasions, William Jessup (Sept. 2) and Westmont College (Sept. 3)…posted a season-high five blocks at Cal Poly Pomona (Sept. 24).
At Orange Coast College: Named Freshman of the Year…selected All-Orange Empire Conference first team…second in the career record books for digs.
High School: Four-year letter winner…team MVP…lead team to two Southern Section Division I CIF appearances…All-Baseline League first team selection her senior year…also competed on the swim and water polo team.
Personal: Daughter of Joseph and Katie Freeno…twin brother, Zack competes on the Concordia Irvine swim team…majoring in communication.
