As a Junior in 2013 at Hofstra University: Tossed only five innings in two starts…striking out five batters while walking six.
 
As a Sophomore in 2012 at College of the Sequoias: All-Central Valley Conference first team…selected team Pitcher of the Year after posting a 7-3 record and a 2.28 ERA in 83 innings.
 
As a Freshman in 2011 at College of the Sequoias: All-Central Valley Conference second team…posted a 6-4 record…5.40 ERA in 70 innings.
 
High School: All-Tri-River Athletic Conference first team after posting a 8-1 record and a 2.20 ERA in 65 innings…guided team to a 29-4 record and the Tri-River Athletic Conference championship…County All-Star selection…team was nationally-ranked 32nd by MaxPrep…2010 California Central Section runner-up.
 
Personal: Son of Roger and Lisa Isom…has an older sister, Brittany…majoring in business administration.
