ON DECK... The Otters drew a total of eight walks during today's twin bill including five in the second game.
IN THE HOLE... Tonascia and Hager each hit solo home runs in the first game today; the first big flies of the season for both players
THE LAST WORD... "Jeff Ahern threw really well in game on. He was efficient and kept their offense off balance. It was nice to see our offense support him with some timely hitting. We had a had a bunch of guys come up with some big at-bats. Game two was a tight game, but we couldn't quite break through offensively. We are looking forward to getting back at it tomorrow and we expect it to be another tightly contested ball game."
Head Coach Walt White
