SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. -- The Cal State Monterey Bay women's soccer team traveled north to 'The City By the Bay' to face Academy of Art on Tuesday afternoon in it's third nonconference game of the season. While the Otters got on the board first, it was the Urban Knights who scored three unanswered goals to hand CSUMB a 3-1 loss.
 
Kristen Womack (Roseville, Calif./Woodcreek HS) continued her hot start scoring yet again. Womack moved her season total to four goals in three games thus far. 

The Otters fall to 1–2 on the season. After three games in California to start the season, Monterey Bay will head to Washington state for games against Central Washington (Sept. 11) and Saint Martin's University (Sept. 13).
