CCAA Standings

SEASIDE, Calif. – The Cal State Monterey Bay men's soccer team took sole possession of first place in the CCAA North Division after recording victories over visiting San Francisco State (2-0) and Cal State San Bernardino (2-1) last weekend.  The Otters have a three-point lead on second place Sonoma State, who tied with Cal State L.A. (1-1) on Friday before being routed by Cal State Dominguez Hills (0-5) on Sunday. At the midway mark, this is the latest time in the season in CSUMB history that the Otters have been on top of the standings.

A showdown between the Otters and Seawolves is slated for Friday, Oct. 11 at 1:30 p.m. in Rohnert Park.  CSUMB won the earlier meeting this season by a score of 1-0 when Alberto Anguiano (Oxnard/Pacifica HS) found the back of the net in the 19th minute.
