UPCOMING GAMES: The Otters make their first of two trips to southern California this weekend, taking on the Toros of Cal State Dominguez Hills on Friday and Saturday.
PREVIOUS WEEKEND: CSUMB came out strong against the SF State Gators last Friday, pulling off a doubleheader sweep with 6-2 and 12-3 decisions. After dropping Saturday's doubleheader opener 5-4 in nine innings, the Otters rebounded with a 9-1 five-inning victory to clinch their fifth series win of the season.

UPCOMING GAMES: CSUMB hosts Cal State Dominguez Hills in a four-game conference series beginning with a single game on Friday. The next day, the Otters play a twinbill against the Toros before concluding with single game on Sunday.
PREVIOUS WEEKEND: After dropping a Friday's doubleheader in Seaside, the Otters pulled off a 18-10 win over the Pioneers in the twinbill opener on Saturday in Hayward. CSUMB fell in the closer.
THE TOROS: No. 16 Cal State Dominguez Hills (27-10, 17-7) is second in the CCAA standings and is on a eight-game winning streak. Players to Watch: Abel Medina (.449 BA, 47 H, 35 R, 39 RBI, 14 2B, 6 HR); Kevin Pillar (.390 BA, 47 H, 25 R, 38 RBI, 12 2B, 4 HR, 10 SB).
WOMEN'S WATER POLO
UPCOMING GAMES: The Otters host Sonoma State in their final home game of the season on Friday.
PREVIOUS WEEKEND: CSUMB opened the weekend with a 10-5 victory over UC Santa Cruz. The Otters fell in both of their games on Saturday with a 10-7 loss to Concordia University, Irvine and a 11-9 decision to Cal State East Bay.
THE SEAWOLVES: Sonoma State (5-21, 3-8 WWPA) faces the same struggles that CSUMB does with playing against NCAA Division I teams. This will be the first meeting between the two teams this year.
