SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. - The Cal State Monterey Bay men's basketball dropped an 85-50 decision to the Cal State San Bernardino Coyotes on Wednesday night.
The Otters fall to 4-4 overall and 2-2 in conference play while the Coyotes improved to 4-3, 2-1 in California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) action.
Senior #Ian Hosford# led the Otters with 11 points and sophomore #Brandon Ward# added 10 points. Freshman #Jordan Garrett# pulled down a career-high five rebounds.
The Coyotes held a 47-25 advantage at the half.
The Otters were out-rebounded 51-37 and finished with 22 turnovers to the Coyotes' 14.
CSUSB's Kwame Alexander had a game-high 23 points and Robbie Robinson contributed 17 points.
The Otters conclude 2010 with a match-up against Cal Poly Pomona on Thursday, Dec. 30th at 3 p.m.
