ARCATA, Calif.
– A late goal by Humboldt State prevented the Cal State Monterey Bay men's soccer team from securing a California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) victory on Friday night, resulting in an 1-1 double-overtime draw in Arcata.

#Nate Torricelli# gave the Otters a 1-0 in the 59th minute on a penalty kick after a Lumberjack foul inside the box.

HSU's Josh Suggs blasted a shot from 22 yards out to the far post in the 87th minute of regulation.

The Otters last three out of four conference games have gone past regulation with two of them resulting in double-overtime draws.

Senior #Brenden Baca# recorded five saves as the Lumberjacks outshot the Otters 15-8.

CSUMB travels to Rohnert Park for another CCAA game, pairing up against Sonoma State on Sunday at 2 p.m.
