POST GAME COMMENTS BY JIMENEZ:
Friday's Game - “I just think it was as fantastic an effort.  I am proud of our team and I thought we showed all kinds of glimmers of great things to come.  People are believing. I think we flipped a switch tonight because you saw everybody on our team fighting, scrapping and forcing turnovers.  Overall it was just a great effort. I couldn't be prouder.”
UCSD - “I think we wavered a little bit in the 2nd half. And I'll tell you this, I think UCSD is a great team and being ranked #25 in the country, they are a load to handle. And I think they earned everything that they got. They are the standard bearers. If we want to be good, we have to be able to compete with these people.”
NEXT - Our next goal is we have got to believe that we can win, and then we will, because we're good enough to do that. We'll do the best we can play as hard as we can and finish off the first half of the CCAA.”

RECORD WATCH:
Senior #Dana Andrews# is about to add another career record to her achievements after her 1,000 point milestone accomplishment on Nov. 15 against University of Mary. Andrews is two steals shy of current record holder Alma Lopez's 116.

SUAREZ SMOOTH IN THE CCAA:

Junior #Helen Suarez# recorded her fifth 20-plus game in the Otters last game vs. UC San Diego.
