SEASIDE, Calif. – The Cal State Monterey Bay women's soccer team dropped their season opener 4-0 against University of Hawaii at Hilo on Monday, Sept. 1 at Otter Soccer Complex.
Junior #Stacy Mickelsen# led the Otters with two shots on goal. Senior #Elise Reid# and junior #Sarah Alderson# both added a shot on goal for CSUMB. Freshman #Graciela Holguin# racked up six saves.
Vulcan's Megan Pachecano notched two goals while Adelo Letro and Chelsea Gomez each added one each.
The Otters (0-1) will return to the field tomorrow against Notre Dame de Namur. Kick-off is at 12:30 p.m. at Koret Field in Belmont, Calif.
