High School: Four-year varsity player at Granite Hills High School...two-time All-League first team selection...two-time team MVP...selected All-CIF Division I second team..also played soccer and competed on the track team.
Personal: Daughter of Manuel and Katie Taijeron...has two older brothers, Shaun and Travis, who is a member of the Cal Poly Pomona baseball team.
