Hamid Sedehi brings a wealth of experience to the Otter bench as both a head coach and as an assistant at the collegiate level.
His most recent collegiate coaching stint came as an assistant at NCAA Division I member UC Santa Barbara, where served for four seasons (2010-13). Prior to his time with the Gauchos, he led the women's program at Concordia-Irvine for four seasons, compiling 47 wins and three Top 25 national rankings with the Eagles.
Sedehi has spent the last three years as the director of soccer for the Kickers Soccer Club. He was responsible for for all facets of recruiting and training for the Santa Ynez Valley based club.
He got his coaching start as head coach of the girl's program at Irvine High School in 1989. From there he moved down I-5 to Capo Valley High School, where he helped the Cougars to consecutive CIF Div. I Championship Finals appearances and a USA Today No. 1 ranking in 1994.
