CSU Monterey Bay Athletics

As a Junior in 2012: Started in all 17 matches…recorded the most minutes for an Otter on the field (1453)…racked off 10 shots with five on goal…tallied a season-high two shots on goal in the 2-1 victory over Dominican (9/1). 

At Coastal Carolina University: Will switch venues from the Atlantic seaboard to the Pacific after transferring from Big South Conference member Coastal Carolina University…started 29 of 37 matches as a Chanticleer…made 16 starts as a sophomore, playing the full 90 minutes six times…helped lead CCU to the Big South League title as a freshman in 2010…played a career–high 104 minutes in a double–overtime draw at Gardner–Webb as a freshman…named to the 2010 UNC–Wilmington Hilton Garden Inn Invitational All–Tournament team…was a member of the Big South President’s Honor Roll and the CCU Dean’s list…served as a representative on the Chanticleer Student–Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).
 
High School: Was a team captain, All–Bay League first team and Daily Breeze All–area selection at Mira Costa High School…also ran cross country and was named the Mustangs’ most outstanding runner…helped lead her Palos Verdes Soccer Club to a host of tournament championships.
 
Personal: Daughter of Marc and Patti Strange...father played baseball at Humboldt State (1977–78)…brother Cody and sister Shana are both competitive triathletes...majoring in business administration with a minor in sports management at CSUMB…plans a career in recreation, tourism or sports event management.
