CSU Monterey Bay Athletics

As a Junior in 2011: Earned CCAA All–Academic honors with a 3.63 GPA…completed the transition from goalkeeper back to field player in fine fashion, earning a permanent spot in the middle of the park as a junior…played in all 17 matches and made 16 starts…finished second on the team with 17 shots…enters 2012 with 3,548 career minutes played…ranks No. 3 in the CSUMB record book and is well with range of Jessica Pardo’s school record 4,789 minutes.
 
As a Sophomore in 2010: Earned CCAA All–Academic honors…started every one of CSUMB’s 1,903 minutes in goal as a freshman…began the transition to field player as a sophomore…her first collegiate goal was a match–winner versus Cal State East Bay (Sept. 26)…it’s also the only shot she has ever taken in collegiate competition…also made six appearances in goal (two starts) in 2010…made a season–high seven saves in a start against Cal State Stanislaus (Sept. 12)…pitched 45 minutes of shutout soccer at Cal State San Bernardino (Oct. 10).
 
As a Freshman in 2009:  Andrea started every game in goal for the Otters…ranked second against conference collected a career–high 10 saves in her collegiate debut against No. 1 Seattle Pacific (8/27).
 
High School: Led Coronado High School to the CIF San Diego Section Div. IV title as a junior in 2008… selected team MVP her senior year…San Diego Union–Tribune Athlete of the Week once as a senior…helped the Islanders win the Western League title and advance to the CIF San Diego Section championship match as a junior, when she earned San Diego Union–Tribune second team all–area honors…helped her Nado Select club to a state title.
 
Personal: Majoring in kinesiology…career goal is to treat sports injuries as a physical therapist… also …lists officiating and playing the guitar among her interests…daughter of Mark and Ana Lisa Davis…has one younger sister, Marissa.
