As a Junior in 2008: Started all 20 games…led team in goals (7) and tied in assists (2)…scored two goals against Cal State Stanislaus (10/19) and Humboldt State (10/26)….recorded 24 shots on goal in the season.
At Santiago Canyon: Two-time All-Conference first team selection…led team to a conference championship and regional championship…CCCAA state finalist.
High School: Three-year letterwinner…captained team her senior year…selected All-League first team…named to All-CIF third team…played club for West Coast Futbol Club.
Personal: Daughter of Ken and Cindy Matheson…has a younger sister, Lauren, who will be a freshman on Santa Clara University’s soccer team in 2009.
