Alyssa Malfatti should provide support on the backline once again after appearing in 17 matches and starting 10 as a freshman…first collegiate assist set up Sherene Thompson’s match–winner versus Humboldt  State (Oct. 29).

Alyssa was a two-time second team All–Diablo Foothill Athletic League selection at Dublin High School… …played club for the Pleasanton Rage...received scholar-athlete honors.

Personal
Alyssa is majoring in human communications…career goal is to teach high school English…answers to the nickname Lyss…was a scholar–athlete award winner for the Gaels…daughter of Scott and Robin Malfatti...has a younger brother James.

I chose to play at CSUMB because: I got the offer to play, and I fell in love with the school.
