Biography
2013 – Cal State Monterey Bay
Megan Parayno got her first taste of collegiate competition in the spring of 2013 when she played in seven events…started her collegiate career in style with her best round of the season, a 78 at the Victoria Club Intercollegiate (Feb. 25)…that led to her best 36–hole (158) and 54–hole (238) scores of the season as well…her seventh place finish at the VCI was her best of the season…finished the season with an 85.1 scoring average.
2012 – Cal State Monterey Bay
Parayno redshirted her first season at CSUMB.
High School
Parayno was a four–year varsity letter–winner...selected to the All–Area Top 15 as a freshman...selected to Top 10 in junior and senior...qualified for CIF Central Section Championship as a freshman, junior, and senior...named team MVP all four years.
Personal
Parayno is majoring in kinesiology with a minor in psychology at CSUMB…plans to pursue her master’s and become a physical therapist…daughter of Maximo and Noemi Parayno...has two siblings; Lauren and Aaron.
