Biography
2013 – Cal State Monterey Bay
Kepler came on strong as a junior to lead the Otters in scoring average at 78.5…carded CSUMB’s low round of the season in her very first round with a 71 at the Lamkin Grip/Cal Poly Invitational (Oct. 29)…best tournament finish was runner–up at the Tim Tierney Pioneer Shoot (Mar. 2–3)…tied for 12th at the NCAA West Super Regional (May 5–7)…finished second at the 2013 Santa Cruz City Championship…placed 35 at the Trans National Amateur and 36th at the U.S. Open Sectional Qualifier in Daly City.
2012 – Cal State Monterey Bay
Kepler played in nine tournaments and one dual as a sophomore…finished with a 77.7 stroke average to rank second on the team in 22 rounds of play…ended the year ranked 46th by Golfstat…tied for fourth at the Otter Invitational after carding 73, 78 and 78 (229, +13)…tied for fifth in the Pioneer Shootout are scoring 83 and 74 (157, +13)…tied for 16th at the NCAA Super Regional after carding 75, 76 and 77 (228, +12).
2011 – Cal State Monterey Bay
Kepler posted a scoring average of 79.2 with a low round of 74 as a redshirt freshman...recorded six top–25 finishes including tied for third in the Golf Mart Lady Otter Invitational...played in seven events.
2010 – Cal State Monterey Bay
Kepler redshirted her first season with the Otters.
High School
Kepler was a four–year varsity letter–winner...four–time All–Diablo Valley League selection...named team MVP...four–time recipient of the PHS coaches award.
Personal
Kepler is majoring in kinesiology at CSUMB…career goals are to turn pro and earn her master’s degree and teaching credential…daughter of Bill and Mona Kepler.
