Biography


2023 – Cal State Monterey Bay 
  • Competed in all six meets for the Otters.
  • Posted a personal best of 19:32.9 in the 5k to finish 22nd overall at the Biola Invitational (Sep. 8).
  • Ran her season-best 6k time at the NCAA West Regional with a 23:02.8.
  • Broke 24 minutes in three of her four 6k races on the season.
2022-23 – Cal State Monterey Bay 
  • Competed in all six cross country races in her sophomore year.
  • Set a 6K PR of 22:42.1 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational at Baylands Park (Oct. 15).
  • Top and best finishes came at the Otter Invitational, where she placed seventh out of 38 runners (Sept. 17).
  • Scored in five of six cross country races.
  • Served as the Otters primary choice in the 800m race. 
  • Set the program record of 2:16.10 in the 800m in her final race of the season, the APU Last Chance Meet (May 12).
  • Placed sixth in the 800m at the CCAA Championships, scoring for the Otters (May 6).
  • Ran the first leg of the Otters race winning and program record setting 4x400m performance (4:02.75) at the Johnny Mathis Invitational (Apr. 15). 
  • Also led the Otters to a 4x400m win at the Mustang Invitational (Apr. 21).
  • Helped the Otters score at the CCAA Championships, running the first leg of the 4x400m relay, in which CSUMB placed seventh (May 6).
2021-22 – Cal State Monterey Bay
  • Competed in two races as a freshman.
  • Ran a season–best 24:27.5 at the season–opening S.F. State Invitational on the Golden Gate Park Speedway Meadows Course (Sept. 10).
  • Also ran at the CCAA Championship Meet.
  • Top and season–best finishes came at the S.F. State Invitational, where she placed 65th of 104 runners (Sept. 10).
  • Ran CSUMB’s fastest 800 time of 2022 on the track with a 2:21.55 at the Chico Distance Carnival (Apr. 23).
  • Also posted the fifth fastest 400 with a 1:05.74 at the Kim Duyst Invitational (Mar. 5).
High School
  • Was named team MVP six times (between track and cross country) at Canyon High School.
  • Named Canyon’s Female Athlete of the Year for 2019.
  • Set four PRs as a high school senior.
  • 5K PR of 19:27.3 came at The Master’s University Invitational on the Central Park Course (Sept. 28, 2019).
  • 3–mile PR of 18:09.3 came at the Asics/Cool Breeze Invite on the Brookside Country Club Course (Sept. 6, 2019).
  • On the track, she was the 2019 Foothill League champion in the 800 meters.
  • Was a 3–time All–Foothill League performer as a track athlete.
  • Set her 800m PR with a 2:16.14 at the APU Meet of Champions (Mar. 23, 2019).
  • Her 800m PR would be the CSUMB track and field record.
  • 400m PR of 1:01.04 came at the Trevor Habberstad Invitational (Feb. 29, 2020).
Personal
  • Is majoring in kinesiology with a minor in business.
  • Plans to pursue a master’s degree in sports management.
  • Career goal include becoming a director of athletics and a high school or college track coach.
  • A member of the CCAA All–Academic team for 2020–21.
