Capped a solid career at Spanish Springs High School with 27 wins and a 2.01 ERA as a senior in 2016.
Pitched the Cougars to the 2016 Nevada Division I state title.

Was a 2–time first team Nevada All–State selection.
Earned All–North honors from the Reno Gazette–Journal 2014–16.
Went 19–3 as a junior while leading SSHS to a share of the league title.
Hit a prep career high .363 as a junior in 2015.
Went 12–5 with a 1.95 ERA while helping SSHS to the league title as a sophomore in 2014.
Played travel ball with the Sparks Storm, Nevada Comets and Nevada Lightning.
