SANTIAGO CANYON COLLEGE
Taylor Ousley looks to continue her winning ways at the 4–year level after helping Santiago Canyon College reach the California JuCo Southern California Super Regional semifinals in 2013…finished her sophomore season hitting .271 with four home runs and 20 RBIs…hit .299 with a team–leading 11 home runs as a freshman in 2012…also led the Hawks with a .975 fielding percentage that season.

HIGH SCHOOL
Ousley played her prep ball at Anaheim’s Canyon High School, but only as a freshman and sophomore…hit .257 with three home runs in 70 at bats as a freshman in 2008…hit .267 with three extra base hits as a sophomore in 2009…helped guide the Comanches to the Century League title in 2009…was an all–league selection in 2008…played for two successful travel ball squads with the Minor’s Gold and the Courage…had two Top 5 finishes at ASA Nationals with the Minor’s and a second place finish at Western Nationals with the Courage.

PERSONAL
Ousley is majoring in kinesiology with a minor in sports management at CSUMB…career goals are to work in sports medicine with a professional team or to work as a physical therapist…earned her associate’s degree from Santiago Canyon…was a four–year member of the honor roll at Canyon High School and an Academic Scholar–Athlete honoree both seasons she played…member of the National Society of High School Scholars…played JuCo ball with Otter teammates Vanessa Avila and Kate Denio…parents are Bryant and Denise Ousley.
